ABOUT MANAGING PARTNER:
Asad Ullah Taimur is the Managing Partner of Asad Taimur & Co. LLC (ATC), a registered corporate law firm holding a National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). He possesses strong expertise in Tax Law, Corporate Law (SECP), Contract Management, and Financial Management, and has been actively practicing in these areas for over eight years.
Mr. Taimur has extensive experience in Constitutional Law, Corporate Governance, Company Law, Banking Law, Family & Inheritance Law, and Civil & Criminal Litigation, representing clients before District & Sessions Courts, Tax Tribunals, Service Tribunals, and the High Courts of Pakistan.
In addition to his legal practice, he is skilled in feasibility studies, proposal writing, project design, and capacity-building for companies and non-profit organizations. He frequently advises businesses on budgeting, costing, contracting, agreements, and investment decisions, aligning his guidance with prevailing economic indicators, government policies, and contemporary legal frameworks.
He is an active member of the Tax Bar Association, High Court Bar Association, and District Bar Association. With multiple academic qualifications in Law, Taxation, Accounting, and Economics, Mr. Taimur brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice. His broad expertise enables him to address nearly all legal, financial, and managerial aspects of organizational operations both within Pakistan and internationally.
